Our strength is in dealing with primary distributors (not sub-distributors or smaller regional distributors), and getting them to provide appropriate service to regionally based members. We focus on quality and value rather than price alone, and this means dealing with distributors who value their own reputations and keep their service, guarantee and maintenance promises.
For Vox Exchange suppliers, or potential suppliers, being listed with us provides consolidation of a very fragmented channel to market. Many of our members are "below the radar" of many of the larger national distributors, but we know them, how to contact them and get your product to them. We also simplify dealing with them when it comes to credit and billing!
